Black Vaugondy

1745. Black coloured globe in stark graphic line-art . Hand applied gores reproduced from museum originals, using Vaugondy charts. Vaugondy was the cartographer to the Royal Court of the King of France, Louis XIV.

The globe and base are separate, allowing the globe to be easily handled and placed in any position.
